Report an Error in a Word Search
Include the name of the puzzle or paste its address, and say what is wrong: a word that cannot be found, a misspelling, a word that does not belong to the topic, or a description that does not match the grid. If the problem is in a printed PDF, mention which design you used.
Suggest a New Word Search Topic
Tell us the topic and, if you can, a few of the words you would expect in it. Requests from teachers are especially welcome when they follow a school unit. Until a topic exists, the word search maker can build one from your own list in a minute.
Account, Ranks and Leaderboard Questions
Write from the email you use to sign in and include your player name. That is enough to look up a missing time on the leaderboard, a rank that did not update or a problem with the daily challenge.
Privacy and Data Requests
To see, correct or delete the data linked to your account, send the request from the same email. The privacy policy explains what is stored and why.
