Eight everyday drinks, from the ones children have every day, water, milk, smoothies and lemonade, to the hot drinks of the breakfast table, cocoa, tea and coffee, and the occasional soda. It is a good way to start a conversation about healthy drinks: which ones to have most often, and which are treats.
