Flour is not only wheat. This puzzle lists ten flours for baking and cooking: wheat and its ancient cousin spelt; rye and oat flour; and the gluten-free ones, rice, buckwheat, quinoa, almond, coconut and chickpea flour, popular with people who cannot eat gluten.

Wheat hides inside buckwheat too, but it also appears on its own. Quinoa is the only diagonal word.
